Included with ALL lease agreements under Home Property Management is the Residents Benefit Package. 

1. $100,000 Tenant Liability Insurance Coverage Provided Under the Home Property Management Master Policy.

Benefit: Tenants are covered under the Home Property Management master policy for $100,000 in liability.

2. Online Tenant Portal for Maintenance, Payment Options, and Electronic Statements.

Benefit: Tenants have free access to our Tenant Portal to submit maintenance requests, pay online using all included payment options to include the automatic ACH option, and have access to electronic statements.

3. Free Credit Reporting for All Rental Payments made during this Lease to TransUnion.

Benefit: Tenants receive the benefit of positive credit reporting for all on-time rental payments to TransUnion.

4.  24/7 Maintenance Hotline with Live Phone Support.

Benefit: Tenants can reach a live person after hours for emergency maintenance concerns.

5. One Time Returned Payment Fee Forgiveness. ($85.00)

Benefit: Home Property Management will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or Check payment fee.

6. HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program

Benefit: Custom A/C filters delivered to your door monthly.

7. Landlord Reference

Benefit: One of the biggest challenges tenants face when applying to rent a place to live is being able to document their residence history in order to qualify. At HPM, we routinely videotape and/or photograph each property before and after a tenancy, and host this video on our company YouTube Channel as 'unlisted'. You may request a link to these videos to submit with your application to rent future residences. Often times we get feedback that this helps our residents negotiate lower rents, lower deposits or to be selected among multiple applicants!

Can I opt-out of this Resident Benefits Package?
No. Home Property Management is providing the Resident Benefits Package to all tenants. 

What if I have my own Renters Insurance coverage? 

If you provide proof of your own renters insurance policy with at least $100,000.00 in personal liability and list Home Property Management as "Additionally Insured", $9/month will be deducted from the cost of your Resident Benefits Package.
