This is Todd Breen at Home Sales and Property Management and I am talking to you with Natasha Hall, who has been with us for about seven years. She has been a property manager and over the last couple of years, she has developed into a realtor who helps our investors and property owners select the right properties to buy with the intention of renting them out.
When Natasha was managing properties full time, she took care of over 100 properties. She managed single family homes and acted as landlord to the tenants who lived there. This experience, which she gained over a number of years, has helped her become a great realtor who specializes in helping investors identify and purchase ideal properties. When Natasha is not managing properties, she is working with investors who want to build their portfolios of rental homes. So, I thought I’d let Natasha explain how you can benefit from using a realtor who is also a property manager, instead of hiring an agent who has never done any property management before:
Property management is really a category all its own when it comes to owing and maintaining a rental home. Your realtor who has been a property manager before or is currently a property manager will have the knowledge and expertise to understand the tenants that you hope to attract when you buy a property. We know the right locations to buy in; particularly which areas will attract the highest number of great tenants. When you work with a realtor who is a property manager, we know if there are tenants looking to rent in a particular community or development.
One of the things I love is that as a property management company here in Palm Beach County since 1983, we have access to some really good listings that we have helped investors buy. We know they are going to be tried and tested and proven investments that provide results for owners year after year. You have a lot of extra knowledge to gain from a realtor who is also a property manager and knows the rental market as well as the tenant pool in this area.
So, if you’re interested in buying a property in Palm Beach County, give Natasha a call and contact us at Home Property Management. We look forward to hearing from you.
