As President of Home Property Management,, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company.
His outsourcing company VirtuallyinCredible provides call center support, admin and video services to hundreds of management firms across the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
As an Instructor for the Property Management Academy and a conference speaker and trainer, Todd speaks regularly on property management at national conferences globally. He consults property management offices on systems, marketing and procedures.
Although she joined us in 2001, Tammy has worked in Real Estate and Investments for all of her career and has over 26 years of Real Estate Experience. Since 1988, Tammy’s experience includes working as a Buyers agent, earning the ABR designation, working with sellers and 1031 exchanges. Tammy has worked with builders in locating tracts of land for future developments. Tammy has also managed both commercial property and individually owned residential properties. Early in her career, Tammy also earned the GRI designation. Constantly active in the Palm Beach leasing and sales market, Tammy works hard to make sure that every client gets incredible service and consistent results. We are proud to have such a leader on our team!

She has dedicated herself to serving her clients with customer service and compassion and takes pride in carrying on the legacy of growing and operating the family business.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys boating, FL beaches, music and spending time with family and friends.

Assistant extraordinaire, Stepfanie does it all! She enables our team to provide efficient and effective service by organizing our routine Annual Property Reviews, preparing lease renewals, coordinating with City and HOA offices and so much more. With over 3 years experience in customer service, she is an absolute joy and can help you with whatever you need when calling into our mainline.
Outside of work, Stepf loves to pick up a good book or to kick back and watch a new movie!

Ashlyn Breen is a Florida-native Realtor who currently works as the Leasing Agent for Home Property Management II Inc. Her job description includes coordination of multiple aspects of the PM company’s business development, including meeting with prospective homeowners, and listing/renting-out their properties.
Ashlyn takes pride in being part of HPM’s third generation of business. Over her 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, she has very much enjoyed working with people and meeting new faces. Whether she meets a homeowner looking for assistance in managing a property, or a potential tenant looking for a new place to call home, she loves to help others and find the best-fit solutions for her clients!
Director or External Operations, Vendor Manager
Dennis makes sure that we have a team of high-quality vendors to keep our properties properly maintained for our owners and tenants. With years of experience as a vendor himself, he runs a tight ship to ensure the job gets done right. Dennis also conducts our Annual Property Reviews which allow us to help owners be proactive in property maintenance. Outside of work, Dennis loves fishing, surfing, and boating. We have yet to see him without a tan!
