Todd Breen – Owner, Broker
As President of Home Property Management,, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company.
His outsourcing company VirtuallyinCredible provides call center support, admin and video services to hundreds of management firms across the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
As an Instructor for the Property Management Academy and a conference speaker and trainer, Todd speaks regularly on property management at national conferences globally. He consults property management offices on systems, marketing and procedures.
Renee Sloan, Office Manager
Since August of 2000, Renee has been an integral part of our management team. Her cheerful attitude and attention detail make her ideally suited to manage our office. Both tenants and property owners have come to love and appreciate her. With her loving husband Cliff, 3 sons, and many wonderful grandchildren, Renee’s family is truly blessed. Renee and her husband have owned and operated a local jewelry store before striking out for the US Virgin Islands to operate a charter service aboard their very own Stargazer, a 52′ sail/trawler fit for Robin Leach and crew! While they were away from mainland USA, they hired Home Property Management to oversee their rental properties. In the classic turnaround, Renee returned Stateside to the US of A to join our management team. Thanks for being such team player Renee!
Joining us in early 2007, Natasha has rapidly advanced to become our South County Property Manager. Clients comment how Natasha is quick to handle day to day issues with a positive attitude and careful attention to detail. We are proud to have her as a part of our property management team!
Marley Hyer, Property Manager
Marley is a former Real Estate Office Manager who joined Home Property Management in 2007. She has 15 years of customer service experience with a background in Human Resources and Internet Research. As our North County Property Manager, Marley brings a wealth of experience together with a ‘can do’ attitude that is respected by staff and clients alike!
Although she joined us in 2001, Tammy has worked in Real Estate and Investments for all of her career and has over 26 years of Real Estate Experience. Since 1988, Tammy’s experience includes working as a Buyers agent, earning the ABR designation, working with sellers and 1031 exchanges. Tammy has worked with builders in locating tracts of land for future developments. Tammy has also managed both commercial property and individually owned residential properties. Early in her career, Tammy also earned the GRI designation. Constantly active in the Palm Beach leasing and sales market, Tammy works hard to make sure that every client gets incredible service and consistent results. We are proud to have such a leader on our team!
Joining our team in April 2012, Jennifer has 6 years of experience in rentals, real estate, property management, and marketing. As a former manager of a 250 unit community, she has experience preparing and implementing an operating budget as well as a repertoire of many reputable vendors in the area.
Jennifer is creative and especially talented in dealing with conflict resolution and mediation. A Palm Beach County resident for 13 years, she was originally from New Jersey. We are thrilled to have Jennifer join our team this year.
